✨Inspired by Sweets LLC✨ on Instagram: "I spent hours in the kitchen practicing when I first started, so let me save you some time (and money) by sharing some tips!📝⏳ 1. 🌡️The temperature of your environment matters, especially if you’re adding toppings to your pretzels like sanding sugar. If your environment is too cold your chocolate will begin to set rapidly, once dipped and your toppings will not adhere to the chocolate! My temp is usually at 74°-76° when dipping. 🌬️🍫 2. 🙅🏽‍♀️ Don’t scrape off the excess chocolate. I use to dip my pretzels and scrape the chocolate off the bottom before setting it down to dry. Here’s the recipe from her page: Bag of pretzels Two sticks of butter 2 cups of brown sugar One bag of chocolate chips Sprinkles if desired Pregeat oven to 375. Lay foil on a baking sheet. Lay pretzels, flat, filling the baking sheet. Melt butter and brown sugar in a pot until it thickens. Pour over pretzels. Put in oven in for eight minutes. Take out and cover the pretzel layer with chocolate. Wait until it starts to melt and spread. Add sprinkles.
