It’s surprising how YELLOW white ganache is. I added a good amount of @colour.mill White oil based colour and just 1 drop of purple to transform my big bowl of ganache into a near-white ganache.

Once it sets on the cake, it lightens a fraction more!

The purple neautralises the strong yellow and the white lightens and brightens the tone. 

This works well for instances that you want to cover your cake in white ganache only, or if you want to create a white ganache drip. 

I wouldn’t colour the ganache if it was for a filling, or going under fondant. Don’t use too much colour though, as it can alter the consistency of your ganache!
