Oh, we got one lucky egg yolk in there. That's going to be the special one for later on. Bake this in a 325degree oven for 18 to 22 minutes. Come back and we'll assemble our next steps. Alright, it's been 20 minutes and our egg patty is done and it looks delicious. We even have our special yoki egg right there. Now, we're going to cut this into 12 even squares. This cuts really easily too. These egg patties are perfect. We're going to slide this over and we're going to assemble our breakfast sandwiches. We have the bottom of 12 English muffins. Some sausage patties. Then, we're going to do bacon. For our next sandwiches, I'm going to do about three strips of bacon per sandwich because I like mine extra bacony and extra crispy. What about you guys? Do you like your bacon crispy or let me know in the comments and finally we're going to add some nice honey ham we're just going to fold this up in half so we're putting two slices of honey ham on each breakfast sandwich there we go and now we're going to grab our egg patty that's already cut we're going to put one on top of each sandwich here right on the meat and you know what you can just pick it up with your hands just like that I'm going to put that special yogi one right there that's going to be for me we're going to top with Perfect Cheese for Breakfast Sandwiches, American Singles. These are the Craft Singles. We're just going to go directly on top of that egg right there. Just go down the line. Make sure every sandwich gets one piece of cheese. Alright, now we're going to put the tops of our English muffins directly on top of our cheese. The good thing about these is that you can pop in in the freezer for weeks. Just grab 'em every morning. Microwave it for a couple of minutes and you have a delicious breakfast on the go. So, there are our breakfast sandwiches. We're going to grab some wax paper going to place the sandwich directly in the middle just give it a nice little fold here and I'm going to write what each sandwich is and we're going to put this to the side alright and our final sandwich is done now we're going to put them in Ziploc bags sorted by the type of sandwich they are so the ham get their own bag bacon get their own bag and sausage we're going to pop these ones in the freezer and you know what we're going to keep one out and I'm going to go ahead and eat one now show you guys how delicious these are. Alright, my breakfast sandwich is done and it looks delicious. That cheese is melty. Everything is nice and hot. Now, when these are frozen, you take it out of the wax paper, pop it in the microwave for about a minute and then 3second intervals until it's cooked all the way through and then enjoy your delicious breakfast sandwich. Oh my god. That is so good. You guys can make it just a few minutes. Every morning have a delicious breakfast sandwich. You have to make this today.
