DIY Dalmatian Costumes!!! All you need is a white shirt, tutu, black leggings, black paint, black construction paper, black shoes, and if wanted, white and black polka dot ribbon! Paint dots on white shirt with black paint, cut circles out of the black construction paper and tape them to the tutu, put your hair in 2 pony tails, and add the ribbons if you want! Really easy and adorable!
