This is a beautiful and historic fabric sample book dated from 1835 (as can be seen on the front cover), which was produced by Dollfus Mieg and Company who became known as DMC, one of the biggest textile companies in France in the 19th century located in Mulhouse. The book contains 110 pages, most of which include anything from 10 to 25 fabric samples. As well as being a piece of history from the fabric industry there can be no problems with copyright due to the age and therefore the designs…
