Constructed script

This is another easily hand-written, phonetically constructed alphabet from my Phonological Cypher series. It has some similarity to cursive scripts like Arabic, but the vowels are fully developed. It runs from left to right.

Information about the Tangut script, which was modelled on the Chinese script and was used until the 16th century to write Xīxià (Hsihsia), an extinct Sino-Tibetan language

Woman's Language: Nushu is a phonetic version of Chinese used exclusively by women in the Hunan Province in southern China from some time around the 13th century until the late 19th century. The language arose because most women in that era did not have the same access to formal education as did men. See post for more info.
