This dosa needs no fermentation and is extremely nutritious.  Spiced with Byadagi chillies, fresh Turmeric and Garlic, this flavor packed recipe is a must try.   RECIPE: RED LENTIL/ MASOOR DAL DOSA  Soak 1 Cup of Red Lentils in water for an hour.  Wash well and drain out all the water.  Transfer to a blender along with byadagi chillies and salt to taste, a small piece of turmeric, 4-5 cloves of garlic and half cup water. Blend to a fine paste. It should be a flowy pancake like consistency. Add more water if needed.  Heat a tawa, top with little oil and spread a ladle full of the batter. Top with oil/ Ghee until crisp.
