You don’t need to be doing anything crazy. The front delt is the most engaged of all 3 shoulder heads when doing pressing movements, so it should not be a priority over the lateral deltoid. However, I would recommend 2-5 sets per week of anterior delt isolation work to maximize the density of that muscle and improve the upper chest-shoulder tie in which the front delt plays a big part in.
