Steve McDonald 🎨📚 on Instagram: "'Tinctures, Tonics and Snake-oil'  . If you know me, then you probably know that I've been collecting old medicine bottles and tins for years. I'm obsessed with them. A few years ago I did a bunch of mockups of fictional bottles, tins, and labels for some New York Theatre company's new production. It didn't amount to anything as the pandemic came along and scared everyone inside. I've taken all those illustrations and a bunch of pictures of my own collection and made a diffusion model with only those as my image inputs. I used around 90 pics. These are some of the results from that model. I had some digital painting fun in ps and also added some custom textures in post-production.
