Behavior monitoring- a star incentive board. Students receive 5 stars at the beginning of each week and they need to follow the rules and complete work to keep their stars. At the end of the week, students who kept their star receive an "I am a superstar certificate". WORKS LIKE A CHARM and so simple to do! I invented this about 5 years ago and have been using it since!
