Wednesday is Family Day. Each day we have both a morning chore and an afternoon activity. Wednesday, though, is just Family Day. Many families love to use this chart to feel the flow of the week. This is great for younger children as a non abstract way to learn the days of the week. Steiner fathered some of these ideas and others were taken from religious traditions. How to use this: You can set the table with colored napkins for the day. Dress in that color. Eat the grain of the day in a meal. I found this fun and helpful when my children were small.
