So let’s talk about them:
🩵 Monthly check in : I love doing these once a month because I’m able to see how my emotions are changing and what’s currently on my mind. I write out all the emotions I’m feeling and why. If the following month I’m still having those same thoughts, I know it’s something I need to address and work on. 
🩵 back to the future : I’ve made three of these so far, and the idea is that you put a reminder in your phone to come back to the spread on a specific day in the future, re-read how you were feeling at that month and time and compare to where you are currently at.  Write yourself a little letter from the future about what has happened in that time.
