PROCESSING TIMES:

All of our handmade-to-order pieces (noted in the listing) have a processing time-frame of 7-8 business days. Your estimated delivery date is provided at checkout next to shipping options.

All of our ready-to-ship pieces (noted in the listing) will ship out within 1-3 business days.

*Please note that if you purchase a combination of made-to-order and ready-to-ship pieces, the standard time-frame of 7 business days will apply to your order. 

*The handmade-to-order processing time-frame still applies to orders with priority mail shipping

* If it has been more than 8 business days since placing your order and the status is unknown, please feel free to reach out to hello@runeandlight.com, and we will get back to you with an update. 

SHIPPING + TRANSIT

Your estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout. After your order is marked as shipped, you will receive a direct tracking link to your email. For US orders, it should arrive within 3-5 business days with our standard shipping option. For a faster transit time of 2 - 3 business days, upgrade to the Priority Mail shipping option at checkout. 

If purchasing internationally - the best shipping courier and rates will be provided at checkout depending on your location as well as estimated delivery times. 

LOST / DELAYED / MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

In the event your package is delayed in transit ie: your tracking info states 'In Transit Arriving Late' - please file a claim with USPS so they can investigate the status. They should follow up with you within 2-3 business days.

In the event your package is deemed lost ie: it's been more than two weeks since the tracking has received an update - you will receive either a refund or replacement. 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages with delivery confirmation that were not received. 

If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office (the one that delivers your mail) ASAP and ask them for details about the package.
