Eden ASP

Eden ASP was created in 2021 as a fork of the Eden code base.

Unlike the original Eden project, the ASP fork is not intended for self-deployment by user organizations, but rather as a reduced-complexity foundation for professional teams to build and maintain their own, specific applications and services ecosystems.

Eden ASP became an open project in 2024, with a loose community of implementing organizations and support teams in Germany, Sweden and Poland. The code base is public, under the terms of the MIT open source license.

Features

Eden ASP retains much of the functionality of the original Eden, albeit with fewer alternatives and options. Its central focus is management of assistance to individual beneficiaries (case management) with a broad range of support modules. It leverages core strengths like multi-tenancy and support for distributed, multi-role processes.
