You can find it here. Select File on the Menu Bar and then Make a copy to start your own. Pre-sized icons for Rook’s race/class/faction can be found in here. You will have to make a copy of this Doc as well in order to copy and paste the icons into your lore sheet.
The 7:5 image is a filler. If you want to add more info sections in the right panel, you can delete the placeholder and add more rows to the table.
Once done, you can download as a PDF (File > Download > PDF Document) and use Convertio to turn it into a nice, crisp PNG.

They’re his second in command. They’ll get the team into position to end the gods- whatever it takes. It’s why they jump into being bait at Weisshaupt. It’s why they throw themsleves into danger at every oppertunity. It’s why they never complain and don’t mind making the hard decisions. It’s because they’re expendable, unlike the people they’ve recruited.
