Call me Seraphina. I’m a queer, chronically ill adult who talks about a lot of seemingly random shit. I am a history and graphic design/studio art major, with a (accidental!) religious studies minor. Yes, I am exactly that ridiculous. I’m attending a tiny midwestern college. If you’ve figured out which one? No. No, you haven’t.
I hope to go to grad school for museum studies, with an emphasis on curation. I’m doing an undergrad research project with my college library, digitizing a portion of their archive.
I’m multi-fandom as hell, and bounce around like a ping pong ball at a frat party. My primary fandom are Sandman, The Vampire Chronicles, Supernatural, Witcher, Teen Wolf, Sailor Moon, Lord of the Rings, Disney, Hunger Games, Star Trek, Doctor Who, and Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire.

Why does this gradient look like shit? I’m sure I’m doing something wrong but I can’t for the life of me figure out what.
Why is it blotchy in some places, and bright ass white in others? There’s no white in this shape at all-just the beige and brown.

Please just use Sparknotes if you’re going to do this. I get it. I do. But chatgpt or other genAI shit doesn’t actually know what’s important for you to know, and in some cases it might fully make shit up. Use sparknotes. Failing that, talk to someone who did read it. I’m begging.
oh my god, there’s whole books series that ALREADY do that. Have they never heard of the No Fear series published by Sparknotes? It puts a plain everyday english translation on the opposite page from the original text, plus character lists with descriptions and helpful commentary.

but: consider. if u genuinely like analyzing writing.. do u know ur just allowed to go through and quote your favorite parts and ramble abt what they mean to u and the author will LOSE IT WITH HYPE?
genuinely. i felt SO WEIRD the first time i did it.. but like. holy shit authors love it. its crack for authors. the first time i did it, it was on a fic that hadnt updated in half a year, give or take, and the author made 3 updates that month BECAUSE OF MY COMMENT.
LIKE. as an author every comment is INCREDIBLE!!! but also, dont feel like your comment has to be short or otherwise ur invasive or smth!! authors ADORE long comments more than ANYTHING.

I re-did her head and face, since she wasn’t reading as young enough for my tastes, and oh my gd look how cute it turned out!
The cut paper thing isn’t …. great…. but it’s not awful, either. I just wish it were a little less wonky around her sleeves, I guess. Alas, I’m out of time.
