The study was delimited to six youth athletics sport training projects of the southern regional state, namely HagereSelam, Moroch, Arbegonna, Mesha, Sore, and, Yem. To achieve the stated purpose, the researchers mainly used qualitative case study methods, as the topic under the study focused on athletics sport training projects which were earlier identified by the regional state youth and sports bureau, and incorporated limited numbers of research participants. Among the trainee-athletes dispersed throughout six projects, seventeen trainee-athletes (Male 9; Female 8) were purposefully selected by considering major attributes such as training age, athletics sub-disciplines, academic background, information-rich cases, gender representation, and agreement of participants, as 3 male coa...

In competitive sports margin of victory is usually a few centimeters or a portion of a second. There are many factors, which influence the performance of a sportsman. Of those “time of the day” may play an important role.

Total 70 female subjects have been selected, aged 25-40 Years, from Raipur. All the female subjects were living sedentary life style. The Bhastirka Pranayama and Nadisodhan Pranayama was given for 6 weeks, 5 days in a week for 20 to 25 minutes. PFR (litter/min) was measured with the help of peak flow meter, HR (beats/min), SBP (mmHg), and DBP (mmHg) were measured with the help of digital sphygmomanometer. Descriptive and inferential (ANOVA) analyses were employed to draw meaningful result and conclusion. Results of the present revealed significant (p<0.05) improvement in PFR and HR. the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure did not show significant changes. More study on large sample is required to draw more robust conclusion.

In so doing, the study was confined to Hawassa, Dilla, Wolayita-Sodo, Ariba-Minch, and Wachamo public universities in the Southern, Nation, and Nationalities, Peoples‟ regional [SNNPR] state, Ethiopia. Crosssectional descriptive research design was, accordingly, employed in collecting data from (n=48) sport science teachers, which were selected randomly. Questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection, specifically framed into four central themes of the research: demographic characteristics; frequency in which CA employed; CA perceived barriers and assessment methods vis-à-vis the attainment of educational domains. Beside this, open-ended item was included on the same topics cited above. Data were analyzed using graphs, charts, percentage, mean score, standard deviation, and Pearson...

The parameters were recorded four times a day i.e. 07.00, 11.00, 15.00 & 19.00 hours for consecutive 4-7 days. Most performance measures were observed to show a natural sway during the solar day in close correspondence with curve in body temperature. Peak in oral temperature recorded at pm hours resembled the peak of respiratory rate that was also recorded at the same time. The detection of circadian rhythimicity in oral temperature; heart as well as self rating mood and activity all with acrophase between 14.20 and 16.28 hrs. It is thought that there are two major rhythms which have relevance for exercise and sports performance. These are the rhythm in body temperature regarded as fundamental variables and sleep-wake cycle by which humans order their work-rest and sleeping schedules.

Physical Education provides significant contribution to become an integral part of the total educational development process which aims for the development of physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally and socially fit citizens through the medium of physical activities. Physical Education and sports contribute to self-actualization, self-esteem and a healthy response to physical activity. INTRODUCTION A well planned and conducted physical education and sports program can achieve such results as recognition of the potential activity for the relief of tension and awareness of one's body which is capable of doing for a better self-image. Physical education is an important part of the educational process. It is not a " frill " or an " ornament " tacked on to the school program as a means of keeping children busy instead, is a vital part of education. Through a well-directed physical education program children develop skills for the worthy use of leisure time, engage in activities conductive to healthful living, develop socially and contribute to their physical and mental health. (Bucher, 1997) A study of history reveals that other civilizations have recognized the important place of physical education in training of their youth. In ancient Athens, for example three main subjects were studied by every Athenian, gymnastics, grammar and music. In United States the contributions of physical education to the educational program have been recognized for many years. In 1918 National Educational Association set forth its well-known cardinal principles of secondary education which listed seven objectives of education health command of fundamental processes, worthy home membership, vocation, citizenship, worthy use of leisure and ethical character. Physical education is playing an important part in achieving these objectives. As a result of such contributions, such as benefits of exercise to physical health, the fundamental physical skills that make for a more interesting efficient and vigorous life, and social education that contributes to the development of character and goods human relations, these cardinal principles are brought nearer. The present day life of human being has become very fast, competitive and luxurious. Under these circumstances, people find little time to undertake some physical activities. According to rough estimate on an average, a person is walking only one thousand steps a day and very less percentage of people take up exercise program beyond this limit. Every work of human being is done through press button system as a result of which, he/she has become inactive that lead to the degeneration of human

Total 75 subjects, out of them 25 subjects from each faculty was selected randomly as sample for the present study. Attitude towards research scale developed by Dr. Vishal Sood and Prof. Y.K. Sharma (2012) was administered to assess the research aptitude of post graduate students. Result of study showed that the post graduate students predominantly showed negative attitude towards research.

Total 141 subjects consisting of 76 male players and 65 female players were selected randomly after their informed consent. In addition apparently healthy subjects as control consisting of 21 male and 23 female subjects were also included in the study. Various physiological variables namely heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), peak flow rate (PFR), maximum aerobic capacity (VO2max), Blood Pressure (BP) – systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were measured using suitable tools. Data from each subject were transferred into a Personal Computer (PC). Data were analyzed with appropriate statistical tools. The result of present study indicates that significant difference was observed in case of RR, HR, PFR and VO2max among the groups. The main reasons for these differences in physiological demands were the level and type of training given according to games and sport.
