Rudolf Ludwig Mössbauer (German spellin: Mößbauer; 31 Januar 1929 – 14 September 2011[1]) wis a German pheesicist best kent for his 1957 discovery o recoilless nuclear resonance fluorescence for which he wis awairdit the 1961 Nobel Prize in Pheesics.
