Chewy Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies
My favorite cookie has always been an oatmeal cookie, and adding dried cranberries to make cranberry oatmeal cookies was a no brainer for me. I was never fond of raisins in my oatmeal cookie, but the addition of crasins took this humble oatmeal cookie to a new level of chewy deliciousness.
White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies
White chocolate raspberry cookies are such a delight. The white chocolate blends perfectly with the raspberries, making these amazing. We have raspberry bushes and they bloom late in the season. I love this time of year when you can go pick them right in your back yard. Remember, when you add fruit to cookie dough, the cookies are sometimes a little cakier. However these cookies are kind of in between. They are a little thicker cookie and perfectly chewy.
