Okay first off the ninja creami is the best invention ever and 2nd of all this is the best post workout meal I’ve had ever since I’ve started having post workout meals like 6 years ago

It’s also loaded with not only protein, but tons of nutrients my body needs 😌

Also LOOK AT THAT VOLUME!!

INGREDIENTS FOR BASE🍌🍓
acai pure packet (I get mine from Trader Joe’s)
1/2 banana 
85g vanilla Greek yogurt 
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 scoop @legion vanilla protein powder (code allison)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Let acai packet thaw for like 20-30 minutes then combine all ingredients and mash together to get a liquid texture
2. Freeze overnight !! (This part is super important)
3.
