I’ve had 2 Barbie Dream Houses since the summer of 2014 when I saw a triple decker 3 section house on Flickr and had plans to create the same. But it seemed like a waste to ignore the extra end sections, plus the 3 stacked sections lost the A-frame Swiss Miss feel. So this 5 section plan started. I’d also acquired a cheap Dream Cottage back in 2019 which I knew would be the perfect pool house.

Fairy tale house plan lives up to the fantasy with gorgeous curved walls. In keeping with the style, the exterior is stone and stucco dripping with wood trim. Designed for a side sloping lot, so some retaining wall may be necessary, however, we teared down to the main level with landscaping and stepping stones. The path leads up to the front door located at the second floor entry. Main living area is lowest level; perfect for stained concrete flooring.

This two story urban home plan has 2635 square feet of living space. This urban house plan has a depth of 64'-4" and a width of 34'-4".
