Ingredients

• 2 (7-ounce) Brie rounds
• 3 tablespoons jam or preserves of choice
• ¼ cup pistachios, chopped, plus more for garnish
• Fresh fruit, herbs, edible flowers, and honey, for garnish (optional)
• Crackers or baguette, for serving

Preparation
1. Use a sharp knife to slice the Brie rounds in half horizontally to create four layers.
2. Place one layer, cut-side up, on a cake stand. Spread with 1 tablespoon jam and sprinkle with some pistachios.
