Ingredients: 
1 egg
1/3 cup cottage cheese
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp sweetener (I used allulose)
1 serving sugar free chocolate chips
Optional: 
1 tbsp Peanut butter 

How to make it: 
1. Blend all ingredients except the peanut butter & chocolate chips.
2. Pour into a greased dish. Stir in your chocolate chips.
3. Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
4. Drizzle your peanut butter on top and enjoy!

I was skeptical at first if this would work, especially with apple sauce 😂 but wow these were much better than I expected!

Plus so easy to make!

Ingredients
1 cup x powdered peanut butter* such as PB Fit or PB2
1 scoop x Vanilla protein powder (30g)
⅓ cup x unsweetened applesauce
½ cup x chocolate chips (melted)

Method:

1. Mix the powdered peanut butter, protein powder and all of the applesauce.
2. Check the consistency while mixing. For a thicker, fudgier peanut butter filling, add extra powdered peanut butter (1/4 Cup). For a creamier texture, use as is.
3. Place in the fridge for a few minutes to allow the dough to stiffen.
