Traditional Royal Icing 
✨ 2 lbs powdered sugar 
✨ 5.5 tbsp meringue powder 
✨ 3/4 cups of water 
✨ 3/4 tsp cream of tartar 
✨ 3 tsp of clear vanilla 

Instructions 
1. In a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment, mix cream of tartar, meringue powder, and water until frothy. Approximately 2-3 minutes. Mix on low speed.
