The Resource Center is located at 135 Metro Drive in Spartanburg, off California Ave. Foster Parent MUST provide Foster Parent Placement agreement from DSS showing that the child you are shopping for is in your care. You may bring it with you to the appointment or upload it when you book your appointment.
