-2 T olive oil
-2 T unsalted butter
-1 T honey
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tsp kosher salt
-1/4 tsp ground black pepper
-3 T freshly grated Parm

Instructions:
1️⃣Preheat the oven to to 425°F. Cut the cabbage into eight wedges. For easy cleanup, line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
