Recipe :- for pakoras
In a bowl add 3/4 cup besan, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp carom seed and very little water (lauki contains lot of water). Packed Punjabi kadhi and rice and some lettuce salad . Learned this kadhi from my mother in law but I replaced pyaaz pakora with Palak pakora non fried 

Recipe for kadhi 
I took 1 and 1/2 cup yoghurt ( it wasn’t sour so I added lemon juice in the end in kadhi ) and 1/2 cup of besan , 1/2 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch , 1/4 tsp turmeric and a pinch of hing , salt and around 2.5 -3 cup water ( you can adjust the consistency . Mix it well .
For tadka , add oil , a pinch of Methi seeds , 1 tsp cumin seeds . Let it splutter andAdd a small chopped onion ( let it brown and then add , 1 tsp Ginger ,3-4 chopped garlic , 2 green chilies , 
At the end add handful curry leaves and red chillies . 
Add besan slurry and cook it for 15 mins on low to Pyaaz Pakora, Lal Mirch, Methi Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Lettuce Salad, Chopped Garlic, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Mother In Law
