Dhruti | Nutrition Coach on Instagram: "Masala oats are super satiating ! Warm & spicy , perfect for the weather. I’d have this any day instead of Maggi 👩‍🍳 it’s so filling , because of the fiber and keeps you full for a long time. 

👉🏻To a pan, add 1 tbsp oil then add 
1/2 tsp jeera, green curry leaves, rye, green chillies and chopped onion. 
👉🏻Cook the onions till they’re golden brown. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and some chopped tomatoes. 

👉🏻Then add all the masalas : Salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and a little garam masala. 

👉🏻Add the oats, Let it cook for 5-8 mins. 

👉🏻Add some steamed veggies of your choice. I’ve used green peas, carrot, beans and 1/2 a potato. 

👉🏻 Add some water and cook for 5-10 minutes. 

👉🏻Top it up with some Maggi masala in the e Masala Oats, Maggi Masala, Steamed Veggies, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, A Potato, Green Curry, Green Peas, Nutrition Coach
