In the West, we have been led to believe that some folks are naturally more adept at mathematics than others. However, this is only a misconception that is passed on from adults to children, and it is having a negative impact on learning opportunities. Interestingly, this myth does not exist in Asian countries. Thanks to this, these countries are now leading the way in math. At birth, all babies have a natural affinity for numbers, and they are always eager to learn more math.
