Wymondham Windmill, Wymondham, nr Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, UK, is a five-story tower mill, built c. 1814 from local ironstone and topped with brick. It has an ogee cap and fantail. The Mill ceased grinding corn in 1952 but continued with cattle feed until 1960. It is one of only four six-sailed windmills remaining in the country and is Grade 2 listed. Jodie Hazlewood on Instagram: "ad Just down the road from us @dickinson_morris have been making Melton Mowbray Pork pies for over 170 years. Their original shop was opened by John Dickinson in 1851, but it was his Grandmother, Mary who is credited with creating the traditional hand-raised pie so they really are the real deal.

My Mum has been making this unbelievably delicious rhubarb chutney since forever and as well as being one of the most mega things you’ve ever tasted it also goes so well with the richness of a pork pie.

Perfect for a snacky/picky lunch

makes 4 jars

450g rhubarb
1 medium onion
225g stoned dates
225 brown sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cayenne pepper
550ml malt vinegar

1. cut everything into small pieces
