For Kids:

• 1/2 cup magnesium flakes (or Epsom salt)
• 1 scoop bentonite clay
• 1–2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with mother)
• 3–4 drops eucalyptus essential oil

Soak for 15 minutes

For Adults:

• Double the above quantities.

Important Notes:

• If you have impaired kidney function or are pregnant, consult with your healthcare provider before using this bath
• We do not recommend this for children under 1 year old
• Bathe solo to avoid sharing toxins in the water, and always ensure you stay hydrated by drinking water before, during, and after the bath

Here’s the game plan:

1️⃣ Grab 1 liter of water – make it as hot as you can handle.🔥
2️⃣ Toss in 2 heaping TEASPOONS of fancy mineral salt (Redmond Real Salt is my jam). I said tablespoons first time in the video, it is teaspoons.
3️⃣ Squeeze in the juice of one lemon.🍋

Mix it up like a cocktail and chug it down in 5 minutes. 

Then, lay down and give your belly a good massage (I made a reel on this, scroll down) then try to hang in there for 30 minutes before you dash to the bathroom. 

You’ll probably have one or two glorious evacuations afterward.
