ChatoriChetna on Instagram: "Crispy Soya High Protein Snack Crispy Soya Chunks Recipe by ChatoriChetna Serves 4 Ingredients 2 cups Soya Chunks ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp Red chili powder Salt to taste 1 tsp jeera 1 inch ginger (Finely chopped) 1 Green chilly (Finely chopped) or Green chilli sauce 1 Tsp Coriander powder 1 Tbsp Maida 1 Tbsp Curd 1 Tsp Chat masala  Method: Boil soya chunks and remove excess water.  Add all the ingredients and mix nicely. Deep fry or air fry until golden and crisp. Sprinkle chaat masala and mix nicely. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or ketchup. Ingredients - Soaked Soya Chunks- 1 big bowl, 1 small onion chopped, 1/2 cup grated boiled potatoes, 2 fresh bread slices, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder, 1/2 cup chopped coriander, salt and black pepper as per taster, oil for greasing 

Procedure - 
1- Soak some soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins 
2- Once soft, drain excess water and coarsely grind them
3- Now, heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onions, and mix well add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, and amchur powder, mix well and cook for another 1 minute.
