Our joints are incredibly resilient, and with consistency & persistence, we can regain our range of motion.

My absolute favorite exercises for helping our knees become stronger and bend are:

1️⃣ "Split squats" to develop strength & flexibility of the quadriceps muscles
👉 this is a great exercise to start with, particularly if we're not able to bend our knees much beyond 90 degrees (yet 😁)
👉 make sure to set the yoga block target at a height that no knee discomfort is felt; lower the height of the yoga block target as quadricep muscle strength & flexibility improves
