Shoulder strength & the ability to push out tall is of the most needed  types of strength we need for a stronger handstand.  While handstand is not a strength based skill, we still need a certain degree of it. 

Being able to push our body figuratively & literally to skills we only dream about is going to require more shoulder strength than you know. 

While again you don’t need huge bulging muscles to hold a very good & clean handstand & even perform amazing moves.  Unlocking next level shoulder strength is going to make everything that much easier & more accessible.

Once you have sufficient strength in all 3 levels, you can connect them all with the negatives, and before you know it, you'll be able to press into the handstand!
