- 1 cup water - 1 cup soy sauce - 1 cup brown sugar (I’m using swerve brown sugar) - 1 tsp garlic - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp ginger - flanken style beef short ribs (or called grilling short ribs) Mix everything for the marinade in a pot and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Thicken it up: Near the end, add cornstarch to thicken the stew to your desired consistency. 8. Bonus: Grab a baguette, butter it up, and broil it for 5 minutes until golden and crispy – perfect for dipping! I bought 2 very cheap on sale imported chuck roasts (about 2.5-3 lbs each) This method made them melt in your mouth, fork tender and finger licking good. @foodiebawse puts his on the grill first but - my grill is hard to regulate temp wise and I didn’t want to over cook them. And was just easier in the oven. RECIPE: Imported Chuck Roast (I have a total of about 6lbs here) 1 cup mustard BBQ seasoning (I’m using @traderjoes coffee rub) 1.5-2 cups brown sugar 1 bottle bbq sauce (I’m using baby rays hickory brown sugar) 1. Smother your roasts in the mustard and seasoning. 2. Cover and cook on 220-225F for about 2.5 hours (till inside reaches 176F) 3. Let rest and cool and cut into big chunks 4. Pot chinks in bowl and cover them in the brown sugar and bbq sauce. Make sure to really coat each piece well. 5. Pour into a baking pan that you can spread them out in 6. Bake on 225F for at least 90 minutes if not 2 hours. You want them fork tender almost falling apart. 7. Crockpot French Dips are one of my favorite dinner recipes! #frenchdip #crockpot #dinnerideas | Crockpot French Dips are one of my favorite dinner recipes! #frenchdip #crockpot #dinnerideas #easyrecipes #dinner | By Cookinginthemidwest | Tonight's dinner with these Crockpot French Dips. These are always a big hit with my family and they're super easy to make. To make them you're just going to grab a three to four pound chuck roast and then season that on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic. Once you've got that seasoned up, you're just going to get your pan over medium heat and drop in a couple tablespoons of butter and once that melts, add in your Chuck Roast and sear it on all sides. Once that's got a nice crust, you're just going to plop it into your Crockpot and then head back over to your skillet and throw on a sliced onion. Next, it's going to get a cup and a half of beef broth and twelve ounces of your favorite beer but if you don't have any beer on hand, you can just do another 12 ounces of broth. Then you'll just add in an aujo packet and big tablespoon of busy people garlic and a couple tablespoons of Worcestershire and let that come to a simmer. Once that's bubbling, just use your spatula to scrape all that good flavor out of the bottom of the skillet and you're going to pour that right over the top of your roast and throw that lid. That's going to cook on low for about eight hours and when you come home from work, your house is going to smell amazing and all you going to do is grab a couple of forks and shred it up and dinner's ready to go. We like to have this on some toasted Dale Jimmy John's bread that you can pick up for 50 cents a loaf and then I just add on a couple slices of provolone cheese and pop in the air fryer for just a couple minutes to get that cheese melted. And while that's happening, I just take that juice from the pour it through a straighter so we got some for dipping and dinner's ready to go.

I like these to be bigger pieces. I used beef stir fry strips, but honestly any type of beef here will work. This was about 1 lb. Marinade the beef in the following: - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 2 tbsp Bachans - 1 tbsp corn starch - 1 tbsp black pepper When ready, drop the veggies on the griddle first and season with my All Purpose rub. Once they get soft, add the beef, spread it out so it can get a nice sear and continue cooking. Add some minced garlic towards the end and mix everything together. I like to serve it over white rice, garnished with green onions and toasted sesame seeds. I told you this one was quick and easy! Save the recipe and give this a try. #grillinwithdad #griddle #stirfry #grill #dinner #easymeals #recipe #delicious #eeeeats #homecooking | Maciej Zurawski | grillin_with_dad · Original audio
