Yes, gmail hides duplicate content and that I too see as a usability problem for Phriction where the diff is not the thing you want to see but I recon that on Maniphest you want to be lead to the section of the task which caused the notification.

In broad terms, well, you've got a good product and vibe going on and I guess I'm not the only one asking myself "when will phab have feature x and be able to do feature y". Being more transparent in that way could help better promote phab and even win more users over just by seeing what you're up to. It's easy to get addicted to your progress and to see exciting new stuff regularly.

What 3rd party apps ie. external sources (importers in your description) are you planning on supporting for v1 of Nuance?

Can we get this prioritized? The feature request is open for some time now and letting us know its fate would be much appreciated.
