a while ago, i watched little shop of horrors, which of course got me thinking about carnivorous plants. this one is maybe a little less of a world-conqueror than audrey, but who knows. definitely wants a bite of your sandwich, and maybe of your finger.
heads sculpted by me, the arms and tentacles are monster high parts. everything except the tentacles is bendable & poseable.
It’s 2025 and I’m revamping my blog again !! Time to play catch up with some comics !
First of: This homage to Sylvanian Families, my fave critters
So a local person had their Coral Reef / Whale Island rabbit up for sale and I couldn’t help myself. I’ve wanted her for so long and I’m so excited to have her now!
I named the toothy bb Zähne (German word for teeth) since I’m going to make her a wolpertinger inspired creature and they’re part of Germanic folklore!
I got my new spooky little bone woman….she’s 90% leg and 100% ready for some fey nonsense
i need to make her some clothes….
Skull deer! I love me some skull deer! Give her a paint wash and all that detail on her sculpt will sing.
Was I awake at 1 am bedazzling Kiri and taking photos?
Shhhhh
Looks awesome! Now I’m tempted to pick up nail art to decorate Frisk.
Do iiiiiiit
AHHH SHE’S HERE!!!!
I really wanted to get a Cocoriang during the NYC Doll Con but I didn’t get a chance to shop on day one at all and by day two, all the ones I really wanted had sold (unsurprisingly). But I did join the super lovely creature companion bjd discord and learned about Buyee and OH BOY was that not good for my wallet lol. Mostly because of this little cutie! Kumukuku is the artist behind a lot of the sculpts at Cocoriang but she also has her own line of dolls too! I still would love to get a Cocoriang Niya and Tobi at some point but I’m really happy to have this sweet little fox home for now!
I’ve given her temporary eyes but I think I might re-blush her so she reads more purple. In a lot of the photos, her color just vanishes. Plus I think it would be fun to do some more whimsical blushing like some of the LE kumukukus and cocoriangs!
Now to think of a good name….
