1-hidroksi-2-naftoat hidroksilaza (EC 1.14.13.135, 1-hidroksi-2-naftoinska kiselina hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1-hidroksi-2-naftoat,NAD(P)H:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (2-hidroksilacija, dekarboksilacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 1-hidroksi-2-naftoat + NAD(P)H + H+ + O2 1,2-dihidroksinaftalen + NAD(P)+ + H2O + CO2
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u kataboličkoj degradaciji hrisena kod nekih bakterija.
