7-hloro-L-triptofan oksidaza (EC 1.4.3.23, RebO) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 7-hloro-L-triptofan:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 7-hloro-L-triptofan + O2 2-imino-3-(7-hloroindol-3-il)propanoat +H2O2
Ovaj enzim sadrži nekovalentno vezani FAD. Ovaj enzim katalizuje prvi korak biosinteze rebekamicina, indolokarbazolnog alkaloida koji formira Actinobakterija Lechevalieria.
