Lake Lugano [1] is a Swiss-Italian lake.

It is at the border between Switzerland and Italy. About 2/3 of the lake is in Switzerland, and 1/3 in Italy. The lake, named after the city of Lugano, is between Lake Maggiore and Lake Como.
