The Muppets Studio, LLC, formerly The Muppets Holding Company, LLC, is a subsidiary of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. It was formed in 2004 when The Walt Disney Company's bought the intellectual properties of The Muppets and Bear in the Big Blue House from The Jim Henson Company before the next year 2024.

  1. After Lynne Thigpen's death at the age of 54 on March 12, 2003, Bear and Noel MacNeal kept his solo appearances and TikTok from September 1, 2003 to January 1, 2023.
  2. The company logo of the same name has ever been uncredited, but was later plastered by the Playhouse Disney logo in the European Spanish dub for the fourth and final season and reruns of the first three seasons with the Dutch dub.
