I BELIEVE IN SILVER WOLF SUPREMACY.

Thinking about Modern AU Big Sis Silver Wolf. In my head, it first made a lot more sense for her to be the youngest, with her being so spirited and juvenile, loving all of the new Youngster Tech™, etc. But imagining her with a little sibling is way funnier. Trying to adjust to suddenly not being the sole recipient of attention in this unconventional, patchwork family.

She says she doesn’t care. She “doesn’t care” that you’re suddenly being taken out on shopping trips with Kafka, or on sprawling, aimless car rides with Blade. Silver Wolf “could not give a fuck” about Firefly making kandi bracelets with you or showing you their myriad of vacation photos. Maybe she’ll observe quietly or insert herself here and there, but it’s totally not her style to be upset. Indifference is the coolest thing in the world, and she must die on that hill, handheld console of choice at her aid.

…but maybe you aren’t so bad.

It’s nice having someone younger around. No functioning adults with jobs to bug her about chores and college plans—someone she can teach. By the time she warms up to you, she’s cajoled a controller into your unsure hands, and she’s teaching you how to play Mario Kart and Smash. The basics will serve you well in this world! And you can be funny, too. She’ll get you to speak for her while she’s playing COD or something so it sounds like a little kid is absolutely destroying these grown ass men. 

You pick up some of her mannerisms and habits, which perhaps fuels her ego a little too much. You’re gonna develop cavities soon from chewing as much bubblegum as Silver Wolf does, but hey, siblings are supposed to be endless fun! If anyone bullies you (especially online), she has their IP addresses and real names within two minutes—and she’s not afraid to enact revenge. You being mistreated also reflects on her, y’know?

Or so she says. Silver Wolf supposedly “doesn’t care” about you, but everyone knows the truth: you joining this family is probably the best thing that’s ever happened to her. Besides that triple 5* pull, of course.
