All you have to do is steam or boil your carrot add all your ingredients to a blender, cook & enjoy 😊 Let me know if you try this one! TIP: these freeze really well for up to 1 month, just pop one out of the freezer in the morning and heat it up for a couple seconds and you have yourself a healthy, nutritious breakfast.
