This dish combines two of the most delicious meals, burgers and tacos, in the easiest recipe that you’ll want to make for dinner every week. Use a Blackstone, griddle, or a skillet on the stove, to make these “Big Mac” style tacos at home!

You can use either flour or corn tortillas. If using corn tortillas, you might want to add a little oil into the pan when cooking on the tortilla side. This will help the corn tortilla get more crisp because it needs more oil.
