WHAT I USED👇🏼 PAINT 🎨 I used @realmilkpaintco real milk paint, in the colour Boardwalk! It’s the perfect rusty grey/brown for that aged look! CLEAR WAX🐝 There soft clear wax was great for sealing and protecting the paint, and has the best citrus smell ever! GLAZE 🍩 I mixed a custom paint wash using their paint in the colour Boardwalk, and there Espresso finishing glaze to give the drawers a rustic look to complement the piece! Next step I used our raw wash color to create a paint wash and then I used Java brown by @rustoleum to get this super light brown color !! HOW I DID IT: -removed hardware and cleaned with a degreaser -sanded to raw wood with a 120 then 220 grit and my @festool_usa sander! -applied a tan paint wash followed by the stain “antique oak” by @generalfinishes -topcoated it, hated it so went in with “van dyke brown” glaze by @generalfinishes to even out the color.
