Susan on Instagram: "If you teach about natural selection/evolution/ adaptations, this is the best activity ever!!! 🦋 Print out some butterfly cut-outs, have students pick a place in the classroom to place the butterfly, then have students camouflage their butterfly to their surroundings. After that, have another class come in to be the predators hunting for the butterflies... whichever butterflies don't get found had the best traits for survival and continue to live on and pass their good traits onto their offspring. (You can even make this a game/competition with incentives for best or most creative butterflies!) Simple, fun, and super effective! Stay tuned for a TPT resource for this coming soon 🫶💕 #camouflage #naturalselection #charlesdarwin #survivalofthefittest #evolution #teachi Butterfly School Project, Adaptation In Animals Activities, Camouflage Activities, Camouflage Butterfly Activity, Animal Adaptations Experiments, Butterflies Simple, Forest School Butterfly Activities, Adaptations Activities, Butterfly Camouflage
