Bride to Be Reading ~ dendrobium white orchids - roses, calla lily and for the greens, it looks like Italian ruscus. I would use different greens on the top and sides and add variegated ivy as the long stems along with the ruscus. This is a tear drop and by adding different greens, it would be less formal and would have more "movement" and texture.
