That being said a @panerabread cinnamon crunch bagel has my heart, but being gluten intolerant, my stomach is in an uproar if I ever eat one. 😫 So this sourdough dupe is THE BEST!!

You can do this cinnamon crunch topping on any bagel recipe you’re making, sourdough or not:

+ Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 Tbsp of milk together in a small bowl. Brush on top of boiled bagel. For the cinnamon crunch topping mix together 3 tbsp salted melted butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp ground cinnamon and 1 tbsp all-purpose flour. The mixture should be like crumbled sand. Sprinkle on top of the egg-washed bagel and bake as directed. Enjoy!!
