A great quick-and-easy appetizer for any occasion that’s gone within minutes.

Impress your guests with a warm, gooey deep-fried brie enclosed in a crisp breaded coating. Pair it with a sweet-and-sour cranberry-apple chutney, or serve it straight up... but either way, make sure you've got loads of bread for scooping up that gorgeous melty cheese!

There are oodles of baked brie recipes on the internet but fried brie seemed the easiest for me. It's a cinch to make.

Super crispy deep fried brie bites! Full of molten cheese, these make a fantastic snack, starter, salad topping or sandwich filling.

Yep you read that correctly – FRIED BRIE! Is there anything more decadently delicious? I don’t think so. This fried brie makes a great appetizer when entertaining. If you don’t want to make the peach chutney (though I recommend it as it’s so easy!), then any fruity chutney would be perfect.

Take snack time to the next level with these fried Brie sticks! Creamy Brie cheese is cut into sticks, coated in crushed butter crackers, and fried to golden brown perfection. Double-coating the Brie sticks helps ensure no cheese escapes during frying, while freezing the breaded sticks prior to frying helps them hold their shape. Serve with homemade blueberry bourbon jam and bacon jam for the perfect savory-sweet balance.
