Rebeca Huffman on Instagram: "✨Cream cheese filled Guava cookies recipe here✨ Ingredients: -Sugar cookie dough, thawed and softened -About 4 ounces of Guava Paste, softened -1 block of cream cheese -3.5 cups of powdered sugar+ 1/4 cup more for decorating when baked -1 tbsp of vanilla extract Instructions: -First make your cream cheese filling by mixing the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth creamy consistency. You’ll place the mix inside of a piping bag or make your own using a freezer bag as shown in video. Pipe dollops of cream cheese onto a parchment paper lined tray and place in freezer for an hour to set. -Then make your guava cookie batter by briefly mixing the cookie dough and guava paste until it has a marbled look.
